Welcome to Sengkang Grand Residences
Sengkang Grand Residences is a 99 years lease private condominium development situated along Sengkang Central.

Led by City Developments Pte Ltd, and Capitaland, both industry titans will jointly develop Sengkang Grand Residences and build an anchor and identity of Buangkok around Sengkang Grand Residences. This joint venture project between CDL and Capitaland will transform Buangkok and be the node that ties up the entire neighbourhood and change the façade and identity of the neighorhood.
The residential units will be built on top of the integrated mixed development. All units are crafted with quality and efficiency with an eye for detail and finishing. 750 residential units will stand on top of the integrated mixed development.

Hougang Planning Area
Hougang is widely also know as part of the “heartland” of Singapore. Hougang is filled with commercial and amenties, with some of the few shopping malls such as Hougang Mall (already refurbished), Kang Kar Mall and Market, Heartland Mall in Kovan, Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre (one of the most oldest looking mall now) and Hougang1 (relatively new).
Hougang is now and was designed to be self-sufficient with enough amenities to provide most convenience to residents. Facilities include the Hougang Sports Hall, which is an indoor sports complex with many sports options operated by Sport Singapore which runs the ClubFITT membership and sports programmes. The nearby Hougang stadium home to S.League club Hougang United, an aquatics centre. Hougang is served by two MRT stations: Hougang MRT Station which is located beside the bus interchange and Hougang Mall; and Kovan MRT Station which is beside Heartland Mall.
The Hougang Central Bus Interchange serves the estate and its residents with a range of bus services going to many parts of the island. It is located in Hougang Central, near Hougang Mall and it has an underground link to Hougang MRT Station. This bus interchange was officially opened on 17 February 1995 by former cabinet minister Goh Chee Wee, who was then Senior Minister of State for Communications, Trade and Industry. Its sister bus interchange was previous in Kovan interchange but has ceased operations many years ago.
Sengkang Planning Area
